Campaign Positions
Fiscal Responsibility
Arvada families work hard for every dollar — and they deserve a City Council that treats their tax dollars with the same care. I bring a background in financial services and engineering, with experience managing projects worth hundreds of millions. That means I know how to stretch resources, find efficiencies, and deliver results without waste. Every decision I make will focus on maximizing value for residents and keeping Arvada on solid financial footing.
Homelessness & Public Safety
Homelessness in Olde Town and throughout Arvada has become a public safety and quality-of-life issue. Our parks, sidewalks, and business districts must remain safe, clean, and welcoming for residents and visitors. I believe the city must take a firm stance: enforcing existing laws, discouraging encampments, and prioritizing the safety of neighborhoods and businesses. Arvada’s public spaces should serve families, workers, and customers — not become open-air camps. Addressing homelessness starts with strong enforcement to protect our community.

Strong Neighborhoods & Local Business
Arvada is known for its strong community feel — from long-time residents to the families and small businesses that make our city unique. City Council should be focused on keeping it that way. That means supporting small business owners in Olde Town and beyond, investing in infrastructure that makes life easier, and protecting the character of our neighborhoods as we grow.
Accountability & Representation
Too few people step up to run for local office, leaving voters with little choice. I believe elections should be competitive, and that residents deserve councilmembers who listen and act with transparency. I will always make decisions in the open, keep residents informed, and put accountability at the heart of everything I do.
